We both wrote 26 random words and put them in a box. Each fortnight, we take it in turns to pick a word and we have to post a photo of our interpretation of that word, with an explanation......Click on the photo, then please leave your comments and tell us. What do you see...?

Cold....

Well how lucky is this!!! Sitting on my sofa watching tv and the clouds turn very dark outside. Then a flash of lightening, clap bang its thunder!! Then the heavy dark clouds unleash their load....It starts to hail storm! Outside suddenly changes from greens and browns to white. This picture is the hail stones that congregated on my widow ledge......Please bring on the summer. Tc

Sleep

One of my favourite words. I love to sleep and I hate getting up. Getting into bed after a long day is bliss!

Friday nights are the best, it's the weekend and Monday morning seems a lifetime away.

Fast

I got the word "fast" and I have not been at all fast in taking my picture. I thought for weeks on what to capture, a fast train??!! a fast car??!! ohh how original, I thought.
So it came to me the other day that i dont need to capture a fast object, how about taking a photo whilst moving the camera fast. So I experimented in my front room spinning around snapping. After a few attempts I felt sick from all the spinning. My snap was the camera whizzing past the television.
Have a look closely and tell me what can you see on the tv? Tc

Weather

Spring is on it's way.....Aslan is on the move....oh no, that's The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe!

The weather can often determine my mood. It's hard to be sad when the sun is shining and I'm more likely to be grumpy if it's raining. I'm almost sure that I'm solar powered!

We probably don't realise how much the weather affects us. Not only our moods, but what we wear to what we do in our free time. I often have to change my plans due to the weather and on a bigger scale, the weather can turn our lives upside down - hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, tsunamis - they can take homes, livelihoods and even lives. Don't underestimate Mother Nature.
